What are the prices?

Early Bird prices are: $99 a month
Regular price: $139 a month or $40 a week

How many classes can I attend per week?

2 Classes a week.

How many people will be in each class?

To maintain the quality of each class, we’ll have a minimum of 4 and maximum of 10 people per class.

Can I secure my spot for a class?

Spots can be secured by making a booking through our booking system. Bookings are essential as spots may be full if you just show up without a booking.

Can I pay by cash?

Whilst the preferred method is through our secure PayPal provider. We do accept Cash and Debit card for monthly sales only.

Are there any contracts?

No. 2 Weeks notice, cancel anytime. To cancel or put your training on hold (up to a maximum of 4 weeks) please email christopher@simplestrengthandscience.com

Can I bring a friend?

Yes definitely, he/she must contact Chris prior to coming to ensure adequate equipment will be available. Email christopher@simplestrengthandscience.com with your friends Contact details and we’ll send them a trial pass.
