That's the crux of what I do here. My name is Christopher Watts, a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, part-time gridiron athlete and full time learner. Welcome to my site, a place where I aim to educate men and women on not just how to train efficiently, but why.

Christopher Watts

After finishing high school in 2009, I always enjoyed sport and preparing for physical activity. It was no surprise that it lead me to become a Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a Personal Trainer. Finishing my Sport and Exercise Science Degree in 2016, I approach health and fitness with a strong evidence background whilst translating this in simple terms to my clients and the general public. Being apart of the Australian Army Reserve for the past 4 years has also given me a unique perspective on the psychology to achieve a physical task. The mind breaks well before the body does, understanding this means we need to address health and fitness initially through strong habit changes and small, realistic goal setting.  Beyond all that, I'm a Parramatta Eels fan (NRL), San Diego Chargers die hard (NFL) and gaming enthusiast (let's never talk about No Man's Sky).

  • Online Coaching

    One on One Online Coaching is my bread and butter. Everything from program design, nutritional guidance and assessments are delivered through my online membership platform. As it’s delivered online, you have the convenience of training at any gym you wish and at a time that suits your schedule.

  • Face to Face Training

    A more traditional method of coaching. Ideal for those who need to work on technique and require someone then and there. Spots are limited as I only take on a maximum of 10 clients at a time.
